One of the first moves that Joe Biden's administration made last week after inauguration was to rescind a series of orders issued by former President Trump aimed at decreasing federal employee union power and stripping feds of civil service protections. While implementation may take some time, the new administration's flurry of moves suggest a more fed-friendly White House.
