Former Operation Warp Speed Official Says It Was 'a Model' For Public-Private Partnerships

Paul Mango served as the deputy chief of staff for the Health and Human Services for two years, where he served as HHS secretary’s formal liaison to Operation Warp Speed. In that time, he helped lead what he called recently a model for public-private partnerships going forward.
