“Black Lives Matter” is a phrase that has resonated throughout the protests that have gone on for the past three months. As the issue of racial equality moves to the forefront of the national conversation, there are federal employees who would like to show solidarity with the Black Lives Matter issue, but want to make sure they stay on the right side of the Hatch Act.
