The Presidential Rank Awards are given out each year to career Senior Executive Service members and Senior Career Employees. Not this year, however. OPM announced that the awards will be canceled, due to, among other things, the economic slowdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Erich Wagner and Tom Shoop joined the program to discuss the awards being cancelled and the Trump administration's relationship with human capital.
