In September, President Donald Trump signed an executive order essentially forbidding any diversity and inclusion training sessions at federal agencies and contractors that could be considered “divisive.” Soon thereafter, OMB chief Russ Vought sent a memo to agencies clarifying that swift action should be taken against any trainings that include topics like white privilege and critical race theory, bedrocks of modern inclusion training. ought even set up an email address for people to report any “sightings” of such trainings.
