The COVID-19 crisis has forced government change the way it does business, but much work is left to be done. Professional services network Deloitte has put together a report examining 10 orthodoxies related to workforce, service delivery and pace that are being challenged by the pandemic.
Bill Eggers is the executive director of Deloitte’s Center for Government Insights and the author of nine books on the business of government. He is one of the authors of the report and he joined the show to talk about how government can emerge from the pandemic to challenge orthodoxies holding back service.
