President  Donald Trump on Friday signed an executive order to overhaul requirements federal agencies use when evaluating potential hires. The order emphasizes, according to the White House, skills over academic qualifications. The move is one the White House has touted as part of its commitment to modernizing the government workforce and its commitment to good, american jobs.
